Boys Basketball
Lincoln High School Boy’s Varsity and JV Basketball compete in the Rhode Island Interscholastic League Division III against teams such as Cumberland, North Providence, Shea and Tolman Lincoln strong basketball tradition includes a number of state championships and playoff appearances over the
years. The Lions also participate annually in the oldest holiday tournament in the state.

The Cumberland-Lincoln Boys & Girls Club Holiday Tournament is held at the Cumberland High School Wellness Center the day after Christmas. Boys in grades 9 through 12 are encouraged to compete for a spot on the squad. The coaches for Boys Basketball are head coach Mr. Kent Krooks, assistant coach Mr. Jay Kelley, and freshmen coach Mr. Michael Bedrossian.

The Lady Lions is a competitive Interscholastic League Division II Varsity and Junior Varsity program. All hard-working, dedicated female student athletes are welcome to compete for a spot on the team. The girls are always looking to continue their winning ways and make another push for the playoffs.

Lincoln High School varsity cheerleading has taken new direction. Cheerleaders are able to participate in the fall season with football and the winter season with basketball. Competitive cheer takes place in winter and early spring. The coach is Cassie Lyne.

The Lincoln High School Varsity Hockey Team competes in the RIIL Hockey Division
II. The team has consistently proved to be one of the top public school teams in the state and is well situated to put competitive teams on the ice for the foreseeable future
Daily in-season practices (morning and/or afternoon) are conducted at Lynch Arena in
Pawtucket with the majority of games played on weekend evenings.
Head coach is Mr. Robert Choiniere with Mr. Garrett Riel assisting.

The Boys Varsity Volleyball team competes in RIIC Division II and is always looking for height to play at the net as well as aggressive players to fill in behind. The team is
coached by Mrs. Jane Fish.

Dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences, Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team.

It is inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding. In Unified Sports, teams are made up of people of similar age and ability, which makes practices more fun and games more challenging and exciting for all. Having sport in common is just one more way that preconceptions and false ideas are swept away. Lincoln High School participates in Unified Volleyball in the Fall and Unified Basketball in the Spring.

The wrestling team is led by Coach Mike Tuorto and assisted by Coach Anthony Turchetta. The team is always looking for boys and girls in grades 9 through 12 who are energetic, hard working and competitive. Sign-ups are held in late October or early November.
